Coaches & Staff
Four coaches. Two parent volunteers. One standard.
At 10U our job is to teach the game, build confidence and model the Havoc core values. Every player plays, every player learns positions, and mistakes are coached, never punished.

The Havoc Standard for coaches
Team · Conduct
One voice in front of players and parents. Respect umpires, opponents and families. No alcohol, tobacco or vaping at team events.
Development · Positive coaching
Teach, don't yell. Praise effort publicly, correct privately and specifically.
Growth · Certification
Background check and abuse-prevention training completed before first practice; renewed as required by USSSA and Havoc Elite.
Discipline · Punctuality
Arrive before players, prepared with the plan. Phones away during practice and games.
Academics · Students first
Ask about school. Support family and school commitments.
Character · Safety
Concussion awareness: when in doubt, sit them out. Never alone with a player — two-adult rule.
